Iran Press/ Iran News: Hassan Khomeini, an Iranian cleric and the grandson of the late Imam Khomeini, said what Imam Khomeini brought to the Iranian nation was a people-centered religion and that the legacy of Imam Khomeini was the Islamic Republic.
Speaking at the international seminar of 'Imam Khomeini and the Contemporary World, 'Hassan Khomeini stressed that the victory of the Islamic Revolution in the last 43 years went beyond the borders of Iran and was heard in Islamic and non-Islamic countries.
The cleric pointed out that the message of the Revolution for the contemporary world was a return to spirituality and morality and added that the Islamic Revolution differed from other revolutions in that they were not based on religion.
On the 32nd anniversary of the late founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the International Seminar of Imam Khomeini and the Contemporary World held in the Imam Khomeini Mausoleum on Thursday.
