IRCS imports 9th shipment of COVID-19 vaccine to Iran

Tehran (IP) – Head of Iran's Red Crescent Society said the ninth consignment of COVID-19 vaccine purchased by the society entered Iran.

Iran PressIran News: Karim Hemmati stated that the consignment was delivered to the officials of the Health Ministry at Imam Khomeini Airport on Sunday.

"This time, 1,095,200 doses of COVID vaccine were imported to Iran," he noted.

He announced that with the entrance of this consignment, the Iranian Red Crescent Society has so far imported 10,400,000 doses of COVID vaccine.

On Thursday, the eighth consignment of the COVID-19 vaccine purchased by Iran's Red Crescent Society, including 1,130,400 doses of the COVID vaccine, entered Iran.
