Iran Press/ Iran News: Delivering a speech on the fourth meeting of the Joint Economic Commission of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of Iraq, Ala Ahmad Aljabori said that the commission is holding when the two countries are in a difficult situation in the economy due to coronavirus and challenges.
Some industries have halted due to being dependent on oil, he added.
The official went on to say that at this commission we are about to remove the barriers and provide opportunities for private sectors to increase the trade amount of two countries.
To solve economic problems, we need permanent cooperation and customs agreements, he added.
Iraqi’s trade minister concluded that during the fourth commission we are about to discuss technical issues and support the benefits on both sides.
The fourth meeting of the Joint Economic Commission of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of Iraq was held in Tehran after six years.
