Tehran (IP) - Special Aid to Iran's Foreign Minister warned over some attempts to disturb the relations between Iran and Afghanistan.

Iran PressIran news: On the third day of the holy month of Ramadan, three clerics were targeted in a knife attack in the Imam Reza's holy shrine in Mashhad, northeastern Iran. Two of the clerics were martyred, and one was injured. 

The assailant was reported to be a Takfiri element with Afghan nationality. 

Images showing torture and ill-treatment of Afghan refugees have gone viral in Afghanistan's cyberspace and continued to circulate. 

The images published are said to be fabricated, some of which are very old.

Special Aid to Iran's Foreign Minister Rasool Mousavi said in a tweet that most of what was going on in cyberspace was taking place in a third country to wage Iranophobia and disturb the Iran-Afghanistan relations. 

Mousavi pointed out that such events occurred in recent years, but the crises were managed due to the vigilance of the Iranian and Afghan officials. 

Afghan political figures also stressed the need to maintain vigilance between the two nations of Iran and Afghanistan and considered the perpetrators of the crime in the Razavi shrine as takfiri elements with the support of global arrogance who seek to darken relations between the two nations.
