Iran Press/ Iran News: Speaking in the ceremony commemorating the Islamic Republic Day, which was held under the title of "National Flag Celebration" in Tehran the Minister of Health said: "The mortality rate of women and children before the revolution was at least 10 times higher than today and the vaccination of children was at least 20%, but now health centers have been built in all parts of Iran."
The Minister of Health said: "Currently, the number of hospital beds in Iran is such that during the peak of the Coronavirus, all patients have been hospitalized."
"Shortly, we will be one of the main axes of production and export of corona vaccine worldwide," the Minister added.
Also, Pirouz Hanachi, the mayor of Tehran, said in a speech at the ceremony: "During the outbreak of the Coronavirus in Tehran, we turned threats into opportunities, and good public transportation services were provided to the Tehran's citizens."
The mayor also added: "In the municipality, the observance of social distance and health protocols was mandatory and well observed."
"During the sanctions, the dependence on the production of metro wagons became less than 15%, and we try to reduce to zero." Hanachi highlighted.
