The meeting of the Human Rights Council should be held for governments that promote violence and terror, and not for the Islamic Republic of Iran, which is a real defender of human rights and has exercised deep restraint in recent disturbances.
He strongly criticized the non-constructive positions and actions of some countries and stated that, contrary to the United Nations Charter, a small number of Western governments have misused peaceful demands in Iran.
They encouraged violence and taught how to make Molotov cocktails and weapons in cyberspace and media, which resulted in the killing of policemen and insecurity in Iran, to the extent that they prepared the ground for the terrorist act of ISIS, he added.
In a letter to the UN Secretary-General, Amir- Abdallahian had previously criticized the Security Council's lack of reaction to the terrorist attack in Shiraz and noted that the lack of reaction of some of the permanent members of the council showed that they still divide terrorists into good and bad.

Guterres praised Iran's emphasis on diplomacy and considered the revival of the agreement as involving the interests of all parties.
In the end, the Secretary General of the United Nations evaluated the continuation of Iran's cooperation with the Agency as a positive step for Tehran.
