Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Sunday that 241 death cases due to COVID-19 had been registered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 136,631.

Iran PressIran News: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to February 27, 2022, 7,040,467 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 6,634,126 of the infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 9,524 cases, of whom 1,682 patients were hospitalized.

4,049 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU).

So far, 47,168,989 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, 184 cities are red, 187 are orange, 76 are Yellow and 1 are zones.

So far, 62,739,635 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 55,418,020 have received the second dose, 22,992,757 have received the third dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 141,150,412 doses.
