Tehran (IP) - Iran's Army Air Force Commander announced that the army is able to build various simulators of military and civilian aircraft.

Iran PressIran News: Brigadier-General Aziz Nasirzadeh said that the Air Force fleet is made up of several Eastern and Western aircraft and that there are more than 90 percent simulators in the army air force most of which were built domestically.

Brigadier-General Nasizadeh referred to the construction of the Ilyushin simulator as a large step in manufacturing heavy and semi-heavy aircraft, noting that the simulator promises the country's aviation that building simulator for all aircraft in the country is feasible.

He remarked that the supply of simulators every year causes a significant amount of currency outflow and announced the readiness of the army to build flight simulators for the domestic aviation companies.
