Tehran (IP) - Iran's Health Ministry announced on Friday that COVID-19 had taken the lives of 527 patients during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 96,742.

Iran PressIran news: According to the latest data, the total number of COVID-19 patients reached 4,359,385, of which 3,674,529 have recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 39, 119 cases, out of whom 4,707 patients were hospitalized.

7,154 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU).

So far, 26,984,630 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, 336 cities are red, 84 are orange, and 28 are yellow zones.

So far, 14,445,642 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 3,610, 775 people have received the second dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 18,056,417 doses.
