Iran Press/Iran News: Noting that the coronavirus has affected the lives of people and their remuneration, Eshaq Jahangiri said: "This issue has put more pressure on the lives of the lower class of society, and the responsibility of the Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation, which has more of these people under its care, has certainly doubled".
"Despite the decrease in the country's incomes due to the imposition of oppressive sanctions and the negative consequences of the corona outbreak, we must redouble our efforts to ensure that the lives of the weaker sections of society are not seriously damaged and pass this stage well," stressed the Iranian Vice President.
Referring to the approach of fundamental justice in implementing the policies of the resistive economy, Jahangiri stressed that Justice should cover all walks of life in various fields and that the fight against poverty and discrimination should not be forgotten amidst problems.
Eshaq Jahangiri pointed to fight against poverty as one of the causes stressed by the late founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Imam Khomeini and said Justice serves as the compass of the movement in the Islamic Republic of Iran which shows the path toward progress and development.
