Alamut (IP) – Feshk tourist village is located in Alamut, Qazvin Province; Alamut is a mountainous region that is divided into eastern and western parts.

Iran PressIran News: Annually, about 3,500 tons of hazelnuts are harvested from the total orchards of Qazvin Province, the main share of which is obtained from the Alamut region.Feshk village is located in the western Alamut region with high-quality hazelnut orchards.

With a population of about 500, the people of the old village of Feshk are generally engaged in agriculture and horticulture; Feshk is one of the most prone villages in western Alamut to cultivate and harvest hazelnuts.

On average, 50 tons of high-quality hazelnuts are harvested annually from 50 hectares of hazelnut orchards in Feshk village.

Hazelnut harvest from the village's gardens continues until the end of September, and the Iran Press reporter has portrayed the beauty.

The costumes of the women of Feshk village when harvesting hazelnuts show their attention to the preservation of local customs and culture.

The old village is also a natural tourist destination in western Alamut.
