Tehran (IP) - The 16th edition of the Fajr Visual Arts Festival, on the eve of the 45th anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, kicked off late on Sunday at the Museum of Contemporary Arts in Tehran.

Iran Press/Iran news: The event was opened with the theme of innovative, creative, unifying, and hopeful art in two competitive and non-competitive sections.

The Fajr visual arts festival will last until the end of the 10 days down (Feb. 11).

The 16th Fajr Visual Arts Festival showcased a variety of works including painting, illustration, photography, calligraphy, cartoon and caricature, sculpture, and ceramics.
