The Iranian ambassador to Moscow expressed hope that the joint Iranian-Russian projects in the fields of energy, transportation, agriculture, and trade would be completed sooner with the elimination of bureaucracy.

Iran Press/Europe: The meeting of the Energy Working Group of the Joint Commission of Iran and Russia was held today, Wednesday, via a video conference with the participation of the Deputy Ministers of Oil and Energy of Iran and the Deputy Minister of Energy of Russia.

In this meeting, the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Russia Kazem Jalali stated: The relations between Iran and Russia are stable and based on facts. Relations between the two countries have made good progress in the political, security, defense and military fields, but economic and cultural relations have not grown equally, and the development of these relations will support the political relations between the two countries.

In another part of his speech, Jalali said: "The ministers of energy and Powers, as the heads of the joint commission for trade and economic cooperation between the two countries, have made great efforts to remove obstacles."

"We thank them for their efforts and hope that the joint projects of the two countries in the fields of energy, transportation, agriculture, and trade will be completed sooner with the elimination of bureaucracy," Kazem Jalali stressed.

At the meeting, Deputy Oil Minister Amir Hossein Zamaninia as the Iranian head of the Energy Working Group and Deputy Energy Minister Tikhonov as the Russian head of the Energy Working Group referred to the agreements reached to speed up the implementation of projects related to energy cooperation.

 The video conference, which took place in the morning and in the afternoon, was reviewed by experts in various fields of energy from the two countries.
