The Iraqi Prime Minister went to the headquarters of Popular Mobilization Organization (Hashd Al-Shaabi) in Baghdad and talked with the head of the organization.

Iran Press/Middle East: According to the Baghdad Al-Youm news website, Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kazemi met with Faleh al-Fayadh, the head of the popular mobilization organization (Hash al Shaabi, on Saturday 16 May.

This is al-Kazemi's first meeting with officials from the Popular Mobilization Organization since taking office as Iraq's prime minister on May 7.

Following the meeting, the Iraqi Prime Minister wore a uniform of Hashd al-Shabi, which was presented to him by the head of the organization, stood for a photo in front of the officials of Hashd al Shaabi and journalists and photographers,

Al Kazemi also said: "Hashad al Shaabi is an honor for Iraq, and I am proud that I am wearing this uniform of the Popular Mobilization organization," he added that supporting these forces is a key task for all of us.

Founded in 2014 by Ayatollah Sistani's Fatwa, a senior Iraqi Shiite cleric, the Popular mobilization Organization has played a key role in defeating ISIS terrorism in Iraq and is now at the forefront of the fight against ISIS survivors.
