Iran Press/ Middle East: The newly appointed Iraq's Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kazemi in his very first tweet released on Thursday pledged to do his best to form a government in which the aspiration and demand of the Iraqis would be on the top of its priorities.
He also urged, in his tweet, that the new government will "safeguard the sovereignty of the country and will preserve the rights."
Mustafa al-Kazemi was officially chosen as the new Iraqi Prime minister to form the cabinet on Thursday.
Iraqi Prime Minister Adnan al-Zurufi, who had been appointed to take the position, resigned shortly before taking the office.
Earlier on March 18th, al-Zurufi was appointed by Iraqi President Barham Saleh to form the cabinet under the shadow of strong opposition from most Shia's political parties.
Furthermore, President of the Iraqi Kurdistan Region welcomed Mustafa al-Kazemi's candidacy for the post of Iraqi Prime Minister.
