Iran Press/Middle East: After the creation of al-Hashd al-Sha'abi, al-Muhandis was appointed as a Deputy Chairman, where he regularly participated in all battlefronts.
The martyr was assassinated last Friday morning by US terrorist forces along with Martyred Lieutenant- General Qassem Soleimani at Baghdad Airport.
The attack came in response to a US terrorist drone strike days earlier that martyred the former Commander of Quds Force of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani. 101/211/219
