Iran Press/ Middle East: Iran's Beach Soccer national team defeated the UAE 4-3 in penalties after the two teams drew 1-1 in regular time.
Spain also defeated Russia 4-2 to book a place in the final, Iran Press reported.
Two-time champion Iran will meet Spain on Saturday in the final match, while the UAE take on Russia in the bronze medal match.
The 2019 Beach Soccer Intercontinental Cup is the eighth edition of the Beach Soccer Intercontinental Cup, an annual international beach soccer tournament contested by men's national teams.
The competition is being held in Dubai, the UAE between 5 and 9 November.
