Kermanshah (IP) - A historical inscription has been discovered in Taq-e Bostan in Kermanshah in the west of Iran, which dates back to about 800 years ago.

Iran PressIran News: The method of writing on this historical inscription was written in Kufic script which belongs to the Seljuk Empire.

Based on the inscriptions, the artworks belong to the fifth century AH.

The inscription in the Taq-e Bostan Historical site is also tombstones of two well-known families, Abdullah Maki and Abu Faraj Maki.

Taq-e Bostan site means "Arch of the Garden" or "Arch made by stone" is a site with a series of large rock reliefs from the era of the Sassanid Empire of Persia, carved around the 4th century CE.

This example of Persian Sassanid art is located 5 km from the city center of Kermanshah.
