Iran Press/ Iran News: During the clash in Divandarreh public area on Tuesday, Colonel Shakiba Salimi, along with two other IRGC forces Jafar Nezampour and Mohammad Shokri, were martyred.
A number of anti-revolutionary terrorists were also killed.
The Kurdish town of Divandarreh located about 63 kilometers (39 miles) east of the border with neighboring Iraq and 400 kilometers (250 miles) west of the capital Tehran.
Iran’s eastern borders have also been the scene of occasional terrorist group's attacks.
ISIS terrorists, as well as anti-revolutionary terrorist groups, are active near the border with Iran.
