China aid to Iran in the fight against Coronavirus is admirable: AmirAbdollahian

Tehran (IP) - Special Assistant to the Speaker of Iran's Parliament for International affairs Hossein Amir-Abdollahian asserted that China’s aid to Iran for the fight against Coronavirus is appreciable.

Iran Press/Iran news: Hossein Amir Abdullahian, the special assistant to the speaker of parliament for international affairs, in an announcement posted on his Instagram page said China's aid to Iran in the fight against Coronavirus is admirable. 

Instead of lifting the sanctions, he noted, the US and its so-called civilized allies have intensified sanctions and robbed the world's cargo masks and COVID-19 diagnosis kits. 

“Iran's health care system is excellent. We are proud of Iran's health advocates,” he added. 

In the past two months after the outbreak of COVID-19 in Iran, dozens of air cargoes have been sent to the Iranian people from the Chinese nation and government to fight the coronavirus.

China's medical aids to Iran continues

Despite the lethal outbreak of the Coronavirus in the world and the necessity of an all-out campaign against it, the US still insist on its sanctions within the framework of 'maximum pressure' policy against Iran and also continue to impose sanctions against Tehran.

More than 66,000 Iranians so far infected to the Coronavirus and 4,110 people in total have lost their lives until Thursday 9 April, According to the  Head of the Public Relations Center of the Health Ministry, Kianoush Jahanpour.

COVID-19 global pandemic which in late December 2019 diagnosed in China's Wuhan for the first time and spread across the globe so far has infected around 1,502,000 and killed nearly 90,000 people.
