Hamedan (IP) – Thousands of people in Hamedan, western Iran, held a rally on the occasion of the 41st anniversary of the Islamic Revolution victory.

Iran PressIran News: Hamedani people poured into the streets to celebrate the 41st anniversary of the 1979 Islamic Revolution, chanting "Down with the USA" and "Down with Israel".

They also renewing allegiance with the revolution causes and commemorated Lt. Gen. Qasem Soleimani 40 days after his martyrdom.

The anniversary of the Islamic Revolution is celebrated on 22 Bahman (11 February). It commemorates the protests that led to the downfall of the Pahlavi dynasty and the installation of the Islamic Revolution headed by late Imam Khomeini.

The 41st anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution and the great march of the lovers of the Islamic system, held with the million-man participation of the people of Islamic Iran, is a celebration of the revolution and a manifestation of national solidarity.
