Iran Press/ Iran News: The ceremony began at 8:30 A.M. local time with the revolutionary anthems. The opening ceremony will last till 9:30 A.M., and the program will officially begin with reciting verses from the Holy Quran at 9:30 A.M.
The program continues with paratroopers operating and helicopters will begin to drop flowers.
The daughter of the late Lt. Gen. Qasem Soleimani is scheduled to deliver a speech in the ceremony.
The event's final resolution will be read by the head of the Coordination Council of Islamic Publicity, Hojjatoleslam Seyyed Mohsen Mahmoudi.
President Hassan Rouhani also will deliver a speech at the end of the ceremony.
