Iran Press/Iran news: In the first phase of his journey to the south of Sistan and Baluchestan province, Brigadier General Amir Hatami, arrived in the port city of Chabahar to see for himself first-hand how relief operations for flood victims are proceeding.
The southern parts of the province were hit by flash floods caused by heavy rain recently, and military personnel are helping the flood-stricken residents of the province.
