Tehran (IP) - The Foreign Ministry spokesman Seyyed Abbas Mousavi has stressed that the Islamic Republic of Iran believes that the concept of a 'Trump agreement' or an 'Obama agreement' is not helpful at all, it is meaningless.

Iran PressIran news: Speaking at his regular press briefing in Tehran on Monday, the Foreign Ministry spokesman stressed that when John Kerry signed the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action in 2015, he did so as the US secretary of state and the official representative of the American government.

Mousavi pointedly added: "All American administrations must recognize this important point. International agreements are signed between states and not individuals.
