Tehran (IP) - Minister of Industry, Mines and Business Reza Rahmani announced that Iran has made more progress than what has been planned this year in terms of domestic production.

Iran Press/Iran news: On the sidelines of today's cabinet session, Minister of Industry, Mines and Business Reza Rahmani stated, "well, of course, the production boom has different aspects, so we've made more progress than what has been planned this year in terms of domestic production, and people have welcomed domestic production."

"From the month of last February, automakers have not increased the prices, and of course we have seen some increases in the market. With our efforts, and with all those involved, we want to increase production even further," he said, adding that "We have the capacity for doing that. If this trend continues, it will affect the market as well." 101/212
