Iran ready to deal with any US response
An informed military source has told Iran Press that Iran is one hundred percent ready to deal with any US strikes and that Iran is currently carefully monitoring the situation.
Iran Press/Iran news: The military source added: "Our intelligence indicates that US forces (in Iraq and the Persian Gulf region) have adopted a defensive posture after Iranian missiles hit a US airbase in western Iraq.
The military source also said the US Navy is distancing its fleet of warships from Iranian waters in the Persian Gulf.
In a statement released in the early hours of Wednesday morning, the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) confirmed that a US airbase in western Iraq has been hit with 'tens of missiles'.
The attack came in response to a US terrorist drone strike days earlier that martyred Iranian late Commander of Qods Force of Iran's Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Lieutenant General Qasem Soleimani. 101/211
