Iran Press/Iran news: The Speaker of the Iranian Parliament Ali Larijani said on Sunday that Iran will never forgive the US over the assassination of Lieutenant-General Qassem Soleimani and the US is going to be punished over its impudence.
Larijani's words came during the parliament's open session held on Sunday morning.
Iran's parliament open session kicked off on Tuesday at 8:15 a.m. chaired by Speaker Ali Larijani. Then Larijani began to deliver a speech.
Iran's Parliament speaker went on to say that the incident of Friday changed the status of the region and the whole world and the martyrdom of Lieutenant-General Qasem Soleimani and his companions make the Iranian nation grieve.
Referring to hard efforts of Martyred Lieutenant-General Qassem Soleimani in the last 4 decades to safeguard Iran's security, Iran's top official went on to say that the martyr was unique in commanding of Quds Force of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC), and his presence in Iraq and Syria was on the request of the Iraqi and the Syrian governments.
Larijani added that due to the detailed and exact planning of Qassem Soleimani, the terrorism was eradicated in those areas.
The Speaker addressed the US president: "Mr. Trump! You have committed a big crime. We will put your name on the list of {another US crimes} Mordad 28 coup d'etat and the shooting down of Iran's airliner on 3 July 1988."
Iran's top parliamentarian also referred to US baseless claim accusing Lieutenant-General Qassem Soleimani of taking actions against the US in Syria and Lebanon and called them "nothing but a lie".

Iran's parliament session warned the US over the assassination of Lieutenant-General Qasem Soleimani saying the United States will soon be punished because of its rude behavior.
Larijani challenged the US officials to represent any documents or proof if they ever had in this regard.
Referring to the false claim raised by Trump and Mike Pompeo that the people in Iraq and Iran are said to be happily celebrating over the bitter martyrdom of Lieutenant-General Qasem Soleimani, Larijani noted that the funeral procession shows the fact that their claim is far from the reality.
Larijani also highlighted that the US has been entangled in the quagmire by misinformation provided by the US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.
The Speaker of the Iranian Parliament made the remark that Iran will never forgive the US over the assassination of Lieutenant-General Qassem Soleimani and the US is going to be punished over its impudence.
Larijani also held US accountable for threatening the security of the region, warning that "You should know that such act of adventuring would lead to painful results and You should know that you have been stuck in quagmire and you have threatened the life of the Americans out of your foolishness" " You should pack and run away from the region", Larijani warned.
Iran's Parliament Speaker referred to Leader's recent remarks over the assassination of Lieutenant-General Qasem Soleimani, saying that those who have been targeting Iran's national dignity will be treated by tough response.
Larijani also urged that the recent savage measure would be followed up by Iran's Parliament. At the end of the session, the Iranian Parliamentarians stood up and chanted "Down with USA" unanimously.
