Tehran (IP) - Iran's health minister said under US sanction, we strive to meet the needs of Iranian patients through every possible way.

Iran PressIran news: Iran's health minister said the US claim that they have not imposed any sanctions on Iran's food, medicine, medical equipment, and humanitarian aid is a blatant lie.

In an exclusive interview with Iran Press news agency on the sidelines of commemorating the National Nurse day ceremony, Saeed Namaki said, "Unfortunately, Americans have created lots of problems for our medicine and medical equipment sector."

"Americans have completely blocked our financial transactions and they do not allow pharmaceutical companies to sell medicine to Iran," he added.

Namaki stated: "We strive to meet the needs of Iranian patients through every possible way."

"Americans have violated all international treaties, such as Paris Agreement on Climate Change, which Donald Trump is moving to formally exit the agreement, making the United States the only country in the world that will not participate in the pact.

"Hopefully the world will overcome Trump's foolishness with rationality," the minister concluded. 205/219
