Secretary of the High Council for Human Rights in Iran and Italy's ambassador to Tehran discussed ways to expand bilateral judicial and political ties.

Iran Press/Iran News: In a meeting on Sunday in Tehran, Mohammad Javad Larijani and Giuseppe Perrone discussed issues of interest, emphasizing on the development of judicial and political relations between the two countries.

The two sides discussed the methods of comparing the judicial systems of the Islamic Republic and Italy, as well as Islamic rationality as the basis of judicial work in Iran, criminal justice and its enforcement, especially for children under the age of 18, as well as penalties and laws related to drug trafficking.
