According to Iran Press, Seyyed Jamal Hadian director of Children on-line (in Persian Kudak online) in this ceremony referred to the features of this festival and said, this festival includes many significant characteristics like:

1.  Finishing undone projects over sanction, a threat with the least cost but high efficiency

2. There is no political advertisement used in it.

3. It depends on all the children's tastes.

4. It stems from children's and adolescent's creativity.

5. Children on-line (Kudak online) have made ideas practical which is beneficial for all.

The vice president of science and technology at this ceremony stated, what breeds development and growth in the ecosystem.

"We must prepare the needed infrastructures. We can make Persian the ninth most-important Internet language content producer in the world.  We must carry out most efforts in the soft industry field" the director of Kudak online noted.

Azari Jahromi delivering a speech at this ceremony reiterated that most children spend less time watching TV, and the use of the Internet is growing rapidly. Cutting and shutting down the Internet equals cutting oxygen.  We have enough creative capacities.  We must prepare enough space and capacities in the cyberspace for both parents and children. We as the government must facilitate the conditions to turn the creativity to the product. Our aim is to establish global and international Children on-line Radio (Kudak online Radio). I hope to make Children on-line (Kudak online) international in a matter of 1-2 years to introduce Iranian culture to the world.
