Iran Press/ Iran news: Iran's Agriculture Minister Mahmoud Hojjati on Tuesday answered the questions regarding the Chinese ships which could have successfully gained permission for fishing in the Persian Gulf as well as the Sea of Oman.
Speaking during Iran's Majlis open Session, Hojjati asserted that such permission has never been granted for the Chinese to fish in the Persian Gulf and it only has been applied for some 120 ships in the Sea of Oman provided that they have the Iranian flag on the board, Iran Press reported.
"The rule has also been applied for some 10-15 ships that are owned by the Chinese but they still carrying the Iranian flag," Iran's Agriculture Minister noted.
