32 European companies ready to cooperate with Iranian oil sector

Chairman of Energy Commission of Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture said that 32 European companies are ready to cooperate with the Iranian oil industry.

Iran PressIran news: Reza Padidar announced the readiness of 32 European companies to cooperate with the Iranian oil industry, adding that "these companies are demanding a guarantee from the Iranian Oil Ministry to cooperate with our companies."

Padidar also said, "Within the past year and a half, the Energy Commission has negotiated with foreign delegates coming to Iran, and we have finally come up with a list of 114 companies," Iran Press reported.

The names of these companies were registered and due to the economic crisis and the sanctions against the Iranian oil industry, we began our correspondence," he further added.

According to Padidar, finally, 32 European companies announced their readiness to cooperate with the Iranian oil industry to help the construction and investment of the country and also contribute to the process of transferring technical knowledge.

He mentioned that these companies are from Italy, Spain, Greece, Poland, Britain, Germany, the Netherlands, and Romania, adding that "we will pay these companies by using INSTEX (Instrument in Support of Trade Exchanges).
