Here is the full text of Ayatollah Khamenei's decree:
In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful.
Hojjat al-Islam wal-Muslimin Mr. Mohseni-Ejei, may his successes continue,
With appreciation for your valuable and sincere efforts, and in accordance with Article 157 of the Constitution, I hereby reappoint you as the Head of the Judiciary.
The collection of mandates set forth by our martyred Leader—may God the Almighty elevate his position—along with the points mentioned in my message of June 28, 2026, serve as the roadmap for transformation, development, and the achievement of an exemplary Judiciary.
I hope that through your renewed commitment, alongside that of the honorable judges and your esteemed colleagues within the judicial apparatus, and with the prayers of our Master [Imam Mahdi]—may God hasten his reappearance—the great nation of Iran will benefit from the results of these efforts.
