Iran’s envoy to Belgium said his country is not alone in opposition to the US unilateral sanctions.

Iran Press/Europe: In a note on EuroNews website on Thursday, Gholamhossein Dehqani said there are many global demands proposed to decrease the sanctions hindered trade with Iran.

Dehqani stressed the coronavirus outbreak as a global crisis and reminded that the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights has time and again warned over the collapse of the health system of the countries fighting coronavirus, due to sanctions.

Iran’s envoy to Belgium referred to the warnings of the international entities over the serious campaign against coronavirus in the world, asserting that the campaign has created a special opportunity for global solidarity.

Worldwide confirmed COVID-19 cases approach 1.6 million as global death toll exceeds 95,000.
