Iran Press/Europe: The protesters chanted slogans against Israel and the United States and announced their support for Iran and the resistance front, Iran Press reported.
Martyred Lieutenant General Qasem Soleimani was assassinated along with several senior members of Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) on Friday Morning 3 January at Baghdad International airport.
In a statement on Friday, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei said the “cruelest people on earth” assassinated the “honourable” commander who “courageously fought for years against the evils and bandits of the world.”
Meanwhile, Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said by staging "the cowardly act of state terrorism” that led to senior Iranian commander Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani’s martyrdom, the United States practically paved the way for its own "elimination" from the region. 101/211
