Tehran (IP) - The economic representatives of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), and the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council (PGCC) emphasized a strong presence in the exclusive Eurasia exhibition set to be held in December.

Iran PressIran News: The second edition of Eurasia exhibition will be held in Tehran from December 4 to 7, 2023.

Abdul Reza Jafari, the Executive Director of the Eurasia Exclusive Exhibition, stated that the approach of Iran's current administration is to boost relations with the neighboring as well as regional countries, therefore the participants of the exhibition have been permitted to enjoy a reduction in foreign exchange tariffs.

He said: "For the presence of commercial companies in the Eurasia exhibition, facilitating visa issuance is on the agenda."

Russian commercial consultant in Iran Rustam Zhiganshin said: "Russian businessmen are interested in participating in Iranian markets."

He further said that the trade relations between Iran and Russia increased by 20 percent compared to last year, and that Russian companies are interested in participating in Iranian exhibitions.

Iran, Russia, China, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Iraq, United Arab Emirates, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Belarus, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Singapore, Turkey, and Vietnam will participate in the exhibition.

The second edition of the Eurasia exhibition will operate in the fields of oil, gas, petrochemicals, chemical products, automotive and parts manufacturing, agricultural products and food, tourism, medicine and medical equipment, banking, insurance and support funds, knowledge-based activities, new technologies, and maritime, road, air, railway transportation.
