Iran Press/Iran news: Kianoush Jahanpour on Thursday, May 21 about the latest data on the coronavirus in the country said, "From yesterday to May 21 in the country, 2,392 new patients with COVID-19 were diagnosed in the country and the number of patients with this disease reached 129,341."
Fortunately, 100,564 patients have recovered and have been discharged so far, Jahanpour added.
The Spokesman said, "Unfortunately, in the past 24 hours, 66 COVID-19 patients have lost their lives, and 7,249 people have lost their lives in the country to date."
He stated, "2,655 patients are in a critical condition."
Furthermore, Over the past 24 hours, no death has been reported in 12 provinces with only one death in six provinces.
"So far, 746,45 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted in the country," the Health Ministry spokesman said.
