Iran Press/ America: Ministers of Culture of Iran and Venezuela, a number of country officials, a number of ambassadors of different countries in Venezuela, and the people of Carcass were present at the unveiling ceremony of the book titled "Cell No. 14" in Museum Square on Friday.
Mohammad Mahdi Esmaili, Iran's Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance has gone to Carcass to visit the Iran-Venezuela Friendship Exhibition and meet with the officials of this country.
The Iran-Venezuela Culture and Friendship Exhibition will be held in Caracas from March 4 to March 12, 2023.
The booths of the Persian Gulf aimed at introducing Iran, the women and hijab booth, as well as the one for providing medical services and the children's booth, are among the booths of the exhibition of culture and friendship between Iran and Venezuela in Caracas.
Hojatollah Soltani, the ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Venezuela, said in an interview with Iran press news agency that holding the exhibition of culture and friendship between the two countries was an important event displaying a part of Islamic civilization and culture.
Iran and Venezuela need to boost cultural ties
Iranian Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Mohammad Mehdi Esmaeili said that the cultural sector should be expanded in line with the economic and political sectors between Iran and Venezuela, expressing hope for starting the historic and magnificent period of relations between the two countries, including in the cultural field during the Iranian president’s upcoming visit to Venezuela.
Esmaeili made the remarks in a meeting with Venezuelan Foreign Minister Yvan Gil Pinto in Caracas in Caracas.
Iran-Venezuela political and economic relations are developing with a serious will, and to the same extent, a lot of planning and effort should be made in the field of cultural relations, which are of interest to the leaders of the two countries, he said.
He considered cultural relations as motivating relations in all fields, saying that Iran intends to draw more serious steps in the development of cultural relations, considering the availability of constructive communication between the two countries, he stated.
Meanwhile, Gil Pinto said that Venezuela is a friend and brother of the Iranian government and people, and we are looking for developing political, cultural, and economic relations between the two countries.
We are so pleased that the first Spanish version of the memoirs of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran will be unveiled in Venezuela, and this will make the government and people of Venezuela happy that this book will be used as a guide to fighting against the enemy and a symbol of resistance.
He referred to the Venezuelan President's visit to Iran, saying that signing the 20-year cooperation document between Iran and Venezuela is a big step in deepening bilateral relations.
The Iranian and Islamic culture is of particular importance to the Venezuelan people, and learning the Persian language and literature can help us become more familiar with the Iranian culture and civilization, he noted.
