The joint commission of Iran and Kazakhstan will work from today, Wednesday, January 25, to Thursday 26.
The Iranian delegation, consisting of public and private sector representatives, led by the Minister of Agriculture Javad Sadatinejad will take part in the commission.
Overseas cultivation, port, banking, transport, trade, and energy cooperation are among the topics to be addressed in the meeting as well as signing some relevant agreements.
Iran-Kazakhstan trade is estimated to reach over $800 million.
The 17th session of the two countries’ Joint Economic Commission, hosted by Iran's Ministry of Agriculture Jihad, was held in Tehran in February 2022.
