Iran Press/ Iran news: Addressing the IAEA Board of Governors on November 22 on “Verification and Monitoring in the Islamic Republic of Iran in Light of United Nations Security Council resolution 2231 (2015)”, Kazem Gharibabadi said that the unlawful actions by the US have rendered many essential provisions of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action ( JCPOA ) void of any effect and destroyed the delicate balance of commitments between two sides.
He added, the irresponsible conduct of the United States necessitates a collective response by the international community in order to uphold the rule of law, to prevent undermining diplomacy and to protect multilateralism, Iran Press reported.
His remarks come as IAEA reaffirms once again that Iran is abiding by JCPOA.
Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Yukiya Amano, told board members on Thursday that Iran continues to abide by the nuclear deal reached in 2015.
He reiterated the agency's findings in a report distributed to member states earlier this month that "Iran is implementing its nuclear-related commitments under the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, JCPOA."

Despite Donald Trump's hostile policy towards the JCPOA, European countries said that the EU should remain strong on its' commitment to the historic Iran nuclear deal.
