Kordestan (IP) - Deputy Commander of the Guarder Borders Unit in Kordestan Province, western Iran, reported the seizure of a weapon cargo containing 49 rifles in the border province.

Iran PressIran News: Colonel Mohsen Dalvand said the border guards managed to seize 43 pistoles and 6 hunting rifles weapons seized from the smugglers.

The weapons are nowadays pouring into the country to be parceled out among the rioters for disturbing the country.

The instigation of unrest in Iran under the pretext of the death of a 22-year-old woman named Mahsa Amini prepared the grounds for the enemies of the Islamic Republic of Iran to interfere with the country's internal affairs and fuel the riots.

For example, in November, the Deputy Police Chief of Isfahan, central Iran, reported the dismantling of a five-member gang smuggling weapons to Iran.

As a result of the operation, 37 rifles were seized, including ten war guns and 27 hunting guns, along with 450 live bullets and 200 hunting cartridges.

In an interview with BBC, the US's former National Security Advisor John Bolton confessed that weapons from Iraq's Kurdistan had been sent to the rebels in Iran.

During the recent unrest, the rioters destroyed public property, even ambulances, and set fire to houses, mosques, and people in the streets. They carried out armed attacks in some cities, including Isfahan.
