Indonesia (IP) - Iranian wushu players managed to snatch 2 golds and 2 bronzes on the fourth day of the 2022 Senior Wushu World Championship.

Iran PressAsia: The 8th round of Wushu competitions began on Tuesday, December 6, in Indonesia's Tangerang, where the Iranian took part in both men's and women's sections for Taolu and Sanada competitions.

Iran's Mohammad Bazgir won the gold medal in the men's sanda fight in -45 kg weight category in the finals, defeating a Vietnamese rival.

In -48 kg weight category, Hossein Valizadeh overcame his rival from Egypt Sharif Mustafa, and snatched gold. 

Still, in women's taolu section, Hasti Seddighi gained bronze in nanchuan item with a score 8.94; in men's taolu Samyar Saddeghi won bronze in chiang shu item with a score of 8.94.
