Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu admitted that the regime is causing a row between Iran and EU ahead of the implementation of the European Union’s mechanism for facilitation of trade with Tehran.

Iran press/ Europe: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Thursday claimed that Israel had recently revealed a number of “Iranian plots to carry out attacks on European soil.”

Speaking to reporters after talks with his Bulgarian counterpart in Sofia, Netanyahu said he had “warned” Europe of what he called “possible Iranian attacks on its' soil.”

Israeli Prime Minister did not provide further details, but his comments could be a sign that the accusations recently raised by Belgium and Denmark against Iran had been triggered by the Israeli regime.

Meanwhile, the Zionist newspaper "Jerusalem Post" claimed on Wednesday that the Zionist regime had played a direct role in  fabricating the Danish file against Iran.

Germany later extradited the Iranian diplomat to Belgium.

Later on October 30, Danish intelligence chief Finn Borch Andersen claimed that an Iranian intelligence service had tried to carry out a plot to assassinate an Iranian Arab opposition figure on Denmark's soil.

Swedish security police also said a Norwegian citizen of Iranian descent had been arrested on October 21 in connection with the alleged plot and extradited to Denmark.

Israeli media later revealed that the Israeli spy agency Mossad had provided Denmark with “intelligence” concerning the alleged plot by Tehran.

In Nov. 01, the Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad zarif, in a tweet provided a list of Mossad actions and announcements in chronological order that point to the Israeli intelligence agency's efforts to kill off the Iran nuclear deal, known as the JCPOA.

Talking on the same topic of anti Iranian claims made by Denmark, Foreign Ministry spokesman Bahram Ghasemi said on Wednesday that evidence shows the US, and Zionist regime and their regional puppets are trying to mar Iran-EU ties, just as a second round of US sanctions is about to be implemented.

Ghasemi further warned that European states should not allow third parties opposing the growing ties between Iran and Europe to press ahead with their unfounded accusations and planned destructive scenarios meant to chill relations between Iran and Europe.

Iran's ministry of Foreign Affairs in response called the claims made by Denmark as "biased" and rejected them strongly.

Furthermore, the Iranian body also described raising those false claims as action along with the plots and conspiracy of Iran's known enemies who are against progressive and positive ties between Iran and Europe at this vital juncture.

The Iranian Foreign Ministry has summoned the Danish ambassador to Tehran to express the Islamic Republic’s strong protest to “rash, politicized” remarks by certain officials of the European country over an alleged botched assassination plot.
