Nur-Sultan(IP) - The First Deputy of Iran's judiciary traveled to Tajikistan to meet and talk with the high-ranking judicial officials of this country.

Iran PressAsia: The first deputy of the Judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran met and talked with the president of the Supreme Court of Kazakhstan on the sidelines of the Meeting of Presidents and Chief Justices of the Supreme Courts of the SCO Member States.

" Mohammad Mossadegh," the first deputy of the Judiciary, met and talked with the head of the Supreme Court of Kazakhstan on the sidelines of the Meeting of Presidents and Chief Justices of the Supreme Courts of the SCO Member States.

According to the Media Center of the Judiciary, in this meeting, the parties acknowledged the excellent political and economic relations between the two countries, especially the reciprocal visit of the two countries presidents. They demanded the use of the judicial capacity of Iran and Kazakhstan in this regard.

Strengthening the joint agreements signed between the two countries, sharing experiences, setting up educational workshops, using innovations in the judicial system, and making maximum efforts to remove existing obstacles to flourishing relations as much as possible were among the other topics discussed between the two sides.

The first deputy of the Judiciary in this meeting referred to the common historical, cultural and religious background of the people of Iran and Kazakhstan while emphasizing the readiness of the judicial system of the Islamic Republic of Iran to develop bilateral legal and judicial cooperation, promoting the innovations of the judicial system of the Islamic Republic, especially in the last decade, and its positive effects.

Regarding formal and substantive criminal laws, Mosaddegh considered the positive role of using new and innovative technologies as a significant capacity in regulating and improving judicial relations between the two countries.

Mosaddegh added: "Good economic and political relations between the two countries, if accompanied by the support of legal and judicial cooperation, can naturally lead to valuable results for the two countries."
