Iran Press/ Iran News: Switzerland has based its foreign policy on neutrality; due to the official neutrality of Switzerland in international political issues; the political relations between Iran and Switzerland did not undergo changes in the years after the victory of Iran's Islamic Revolution.
Switzerland’s new Ambassador Nadin Olivier Rey in her Sunday meeting with the Iranian Foreign Minister, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, presented a copy of her credentials to him at the Foreign Ministry of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The accredited ambassador of the Republic of Lithuania held a meeting with Amir-Abdollahian at the start of his mission on Sunday and handed over a copy of her credentials to the top Iranian diplomat.
