Tehran(IP): Hojjatullah Abdulmaleki resigned as the Minister of Cooperatives, Labor, and Social Welfare to increase coordination in the government, and Mohammad Zahedi Wafa was introduced as acting minister.

Iran PressIran news: Following the resignation of the Minister of Labor, Cooperatives, and Social Welfare, Hojjatullah Abdul Maleki, Mohammad Zahedi Wafa replaced him as acting Minister.

The letter of Abdol Maleki's resignation addressed to Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi reads as follows:

"While thanking you for your kindness in handing over the responsibility of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare and appreciating the trust of the esteemed Parliament, hereby, in order to increase coordination in the government, I announce my resignation from this position."

Abdul Maleki further wrote:

During my about 300 days of activity in this ministry, I have made every effort to serve the dear people of the country honestly, and I thank the sincere cooperation of the colleagues of this ministry during this period.

" I consider myself a small soldier of the Islamic system and the people's government, and I will strive for the realization of its lofty ideals and the goals of the second step of the Islamic Revolution until the end of my life, and I will not give up any service in this field, God willing."
