Beirut (IP) - The Iranian Foreign Minister, who arrived in Beirut on Thursday, met with the Secretary-General of the Lebanese Hezbollah movement.

Iran PressMiddle East: The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, met today (Friday) with the Secretary-General of the Lebanese Hezbollah movement, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, in Beirut.

Iranian Ambassador to Beirut Mohammad-Jalal Firuznia also attended the meeting, where the two sides discussed the latest political developments in Lebanon and the region.

In Lebanon, Hussein Amir Abdullahian met with senior Lebanese officials, including Prime Minister Najib Mikati and Lebanese Foreign Minister Abdullah Bouhabib.
