Kabul (IP): The head of the cultural committee of the Council of Shi'a Ulema of Afghanistan said that Imam Khomeini, the supreme authority in the Islamic world, played an important role in the victory of the Islamic Revolution and called him as the role model for awakening and freedom.

In the meantime, the role of Imam Khomeini's leadership in the victory of the Islamic Revolution was prominent, and his ideas have been influential outside the borders of Islamic Iran.

Seyyed Mohammad Hossein Rezvani-Bamiani in an exclusive interview with IranPress news agency in Kabul, while congratulating the anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution led by Imam Khomeini (RA), clarified about his personality saying, Imam Khomeini (RA) was a leader and a prominent figure and was able to lead the great people towards the victory of the Islamic Revolution.

The head of the cultural committee of the Council of Shi'a Ulema of Afghanistan stated that Imam Khomeini, in addition to leading the Islamic Revolution, produced an idea that was presented to all the free people of the world, including the people of Afghanistan, as a way forward in the struggle for freedom.

Rezvani-Bamiani emphasized that Imam Khomeini's thoughts were influential in the struggle of Muslim people around the world for the last half-century, and even for non-Muslims, Imam Khomeini was a role model of freedom, empathy and awakening.
