Islamabad (IP) – Iran's foreign minister and the Pakistani minister of state for parliamentary affairs held talks in Islamabad.

Iran PressAsia: Hossein Amir-Abdollahian arrived in Islamabad on Saturday night at the head of a delegation.

Upon his arrival, he discussed bilateral relations and how to help Afghanistan meet its challenges with Pakistani Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Ali Muhammad Khan.

The Iranian foreign minister had left Tehran for the Pakistani capital on Saturday night to attend the extraordinary meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) on Afghanistan, which is due to be held on Sunday.
