Moscow (IP)- Russia welcomes the agreement reached between Iran, and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), the Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson said in a commentary on Thursday.

Iran Press/Europe: "We welcome these agreements. We support mutual commitment of the IAEA and Iran to continue cooperation both within the framework of a comprehensive safeguards agreement and in accordance with the requirements of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) on the settlement around the Iranian nuclear program and in the light of UNSC Resolution 2231", the representative of the MFA noted.

According to Zakharova, the good news is now needed to stimulate the onward course of negotiations on restoring the full implementation of the JCPOA resumed in Vienna on November 29, which is going on almost continuously.

In a statement posted on the Russian Foreign Ministry's website on Thursday evening, Maria Zakharova added that the head of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Rafael Grossi, had agreed on December 15 with Iran and the IAEA on the principle of inspection. The organization reported to the Board of Governors in Iran.

The United States, a party that illegally withdrew from the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action four years ago, is making benevolent gestures to get back to the parties to the agreement. The European parties, which have not fulfilled their obligations during this period, also play the role of good police in their negotiations with Iran and other JCPOA participants.

However; The Islamic Republic of Iran, which has been serious about reaching an agreement on reviving the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action and lifting sanctions, emphasizes that it is possible to get a deal if the will and seriousness of the other parties.
